Ellen Key-Oberg (1905-1989), “Untitled: Modernist Abstract Figure/Creature”, Abstract/ Modern Lithograph on Paper signed in Pencil, 21 x 17, Mid 20th Century Colors: Black and White Ellen Burke Key-Oberg was born in Marion Alabama in 1905. She studied art in New York at Cooper Union Art School and with John Steuart Curry at the Art Students League. She was a member of: The Artists League of America; the League of Present Day Artists; New York Society of Ceramic Artists; New York Society of Women Artists and the Audubon Artists.
