19th century French Louis XVI painted & gilded trumeau mirror features exquisite relief carvings on the panel above the generously sized beveled mirror depicting an eternal flame emanating from a Grecian urn flanked by floral swags and olive branches. Finely detailed acanthus leaf and spiral ribbon moldings appear all around the framework. Gold finish is in great condition and creates the perfect highlighting on the ivory colored background. Circa 1890s Measures 70.5H x 42W.
