A wonderful original Art Deco period floor mirror, beautifully made from satin birch. This was made in continental Europe, possibly Sweden, and it dates from the 1920-30’s. The quality is fantastic, the tall mirrored section screws into the weighted base. The base has a lovely curvaceous design, and sits on recessed feet. We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is superb for its age. The silver backing on the original mirror is distressed, mostly towards the top. This helps it to retain a charming vintage look, the mirror could be replaced if you wanted it looking newer. Measures: Width base – 91 cm , 36 inches Width mirror – 46 cm , 18 inches Depth – 28 cm , 11 inches Height – 172 cm , 68 inches.
