This fabulous rare design is routinely attributed to the esteemed Michael Taylor and commonly referred to as one of his last great designs. Stout, expertly crafted solid mahogany cylinder style construction flawlessly executed in black lacquer. Beautiful aged brass leg cuff detail adds crucial accent. This exquisite modern design is highlighted by a striking Asian Pagoda detail atop the back. The dramatic contrast between the lacquer color and the cushion upholstery create the illusion of the seat actually hovering within the frame. Heavy and extremely comfortable.
