Elegant and refine multi-strand necklace realized in 18kt white gold structure and composed of strands of 496.50 ct of beaded blue sapphires and 4 structure in 18kt white gold realized with special flower theme with 16.90 ct of emeralds and blue sapphires that composed flowers. They are studded by 16.37 ct of white diamonds. Finally the necklace is composed of a pendant part (length;6 cm) in 18kt white gold structure at the top adorned with diamonds and blue sapphires and beaded blue sapphire strands under it. This necklace was totally handmade by Italian master goldsmiths and it is in perfect conditions.
