Vintage Cartier Sapphire and Diamond Dome Bombe Ring Set in 18k Yellow Gold

A beautiful vintage Cartier sapphire and diamond dome ring set in 18k yellow gold. The ring is predominantly set with a large cabochon oval sapphire which is rub over set to centre. Surrounding this sapphire is a display of pave set diamonds and sapphires which contrast beautifully against the 18k yellow gold band. Due to the design and vibrant array of colours this piece stands out beautifully on the finger. The piece could be worn for a variety of occasions and easily paired with other jewellery colours and styles. The largest central oval sapphire has an estimated total weight of 0.80 carats. The remaining sapphires add an additional 0.70 carats to the piece. There is an estimated combined diamond weight of 1.25 carats, estimated to range from F-G in colour with VS1 clarity. The ring is currently a Cartier finger size 56, which translates to a UK finger size P (USA finger size 7 ½) but this can be resized for a perfect fit. Due to the age of the piece the hallmarks are slightly worn however it is signed Cartier, 750. The piece will be provided with a valuation for insurance and authenticity purposes.
