If make the order including graphic printing directly but you don’t send us your design idear in following 48 hours, we will send related quantities stand and blank picture in the package to you, please understand this, thanks a lot.

Shipping & Handling

• Import duties, taxes and import charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, buyers are responsible for these charges, please check with your country;s customs office to determin what these additional cost will be prior to bidding or buying;

• When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping charge. We will send the order items from our factory in China directly within 3 to 5 working days once your payment is completed(except those customized items);

• We cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery;

• The called delivery time means the international transportation time from local place to some advanced counties of worldwide, Buyer’s actual time of receipt will be infulenced by import polices, customs inspection etc. of buyers’ country;

Return Policy
